How We Started
With over 25 years of multifamily, residential laundry and laundromat operations experience we couldn't help but notice that many of our laundromat customers choose to do their laundry elsewhere despite having access to laundry rooms at their apartment complex. This is lost revenue for the property and underserves residents.
We talked to our friends and partners in the industry and understood the market is underserved. Revenue sharing is unfair towards the property, service is poor and contracts are long.
In response we put together an organization that is lean, meaning we can offer better revenue sharing, efficient and service oriented. We look forward to serving your laundry room needs.
Our Mission
At Scrubbs Multifamily our mission is to support our customer's business of providing welcoming homes to residents. We offer a more fair revenue sharing arrangement while bringing operational excellence to common area laundry room management.
